The savings plans are collected by direct debit. A direct debit always takes at least 2 - 3 bank working days. Due to this and the increased transaction volume at the end of the month, we have to transmit monthly savings rates to our partner bank well before month end. Otherwise, we cannot ensure that the savings plans can be credited to your account on time at the beginning of the month.
