Check the numbers behind a building or a whole site at a glance. The Summary app shows the area, height, floor area, and dwelling count of the geometries you select, so you can confirm a yield without opening Analytics.

Summary is an app in the Data category. Add it to a panel next to the Property Palette, then select one or more geometries on the map.

The top of the app shows how many geometries you have selected, such as "1 selected". The figures appear once you select at least one geometry.

Areas and lengths use your project's units. A figure only shows when the selection has a value for it, so a plain shape with no usage may only show its area and perimeter.

Select several geometries to add up their totals. Area, Gross area, Net area, Saleable area, and Dwellings show the sum across the selection. Feature ID, Building ID, Perimeter, Base height, Height to top, and Levels only show when one geometry is selected.
