Set up Sites once for your team. Choose the parcel data you search, connect your API credentials, and pick the fields your team sees first.

Open Sites settings
Click the Settings icon on the right of the Sites tab bar. Press Esc or click × to close it.
Choose a parcel source
The Parcel source is the dataset every site search runs against. It applies to everyone who uses Sites in the Space.
The Australian cadastre is the default. It needs no credential.
Regrid (US parcels) searches US parcels and needs a Regrid credential.
Any layer in the project with parcel data can also be a source.
Connect your own layer opens the Upload tab.
Pick API credentials
Sites uses credentials saved in Giraffe. Pick one for each provider under API credentials.
Anthropic powers Giraffe AI, site search, PDF import, and site summaries.
Regrid powers US parcel search, address lookup, and US CSV import.
If no credentials show, add one in Giraffe under User → Credentials, then click Refresh credentials. Your credential choice saves in your browser only, so each teammate picks their own.
Set up project fields
Under Project details, click Configure fields… to choose your Quick fields and property groups. Quick fields show at the top of project details and lead the save form. Pin the 2 to 5 fields you check first. Click × on a Quick field to unpin it.
Set up the selected site card
Under Selected site card, click Add a first-screen field… to choose the fields a selected parcel shows first. Turn off Auto-rotate field pages to stop the card cycling through fields.
Show the filter builder
Turn on Show the filter builder on Find sites to build parcel filters by hand. The filter builder is off by default. Learn more in Find Sites.
