The data you receive from DAFpay grants will depend on how you've implemented the product. Typical implementations are done in two ways:
Directly adding one of the DAFpay Tools to your website (See: what are the different ways a nonprofit can use DAFpay?)
Adding DAFpay to a donation form via a fundraising platform integration or custom build using Chariot's API documentation
Standalone DAFpay Tool
For each DAFpay donation, you will see the following information on the Chariot dashboard:
Date
Amount
DAF Provider
Tracking ID
Status
Message
Donor name
Donor email
Donor address
Donation Page URL
Additionally, because the gifts are sent directly to your organization from the DAF provider, you will also receive a grant letter from the DAF provider. Learn more about receiving DAFpay gifts.
Note: If a donor chooses to remain anonymous their name and email address will not be visible.
DAFpay Fundraising Platform Integration
If DAFpay has been added to your donation form either through an integration with your fundraising platform or a custom build, in addition to the information above, you will also get all the information you are collecting on your donation form.
This can include specific designations, supplementary contact information, t-shirt size, or anything else. This additional information will be accessible in the platform's transaction dashboard.
If you have DAFpay enabled in multiple places, click here to see how you'll know which page or donation form was used for a specific gift.
