To change the email address associated with your Chariot account, log into your account, navigate to "Account Settings" and click on the "Personal" tab.
There, you should see an option to click "Update" on the far right of each row (one for your Name and one for your Email).
Note: If you have created your Chariot account using google single-sign on (SSO) then unfortunately you cannot change the email address associated with your account. In that case you can either:
Add more users to your account, if you have multiple admin accounts in your subscription (only offered with Premium and Enterprise plans).
Have our team delete your account and then you can create a new account for your nonprofit's EIN with the email address you'd prefer to use. Please contact us if you'd like for us to delete your account.
