How to check Invited Customers review request activity?

This article will help you to track the activity of the Invited Customer's request list.

As a business owner, it is essential for you to check the status of the invited customers. Give Me 5 has introduced an intelligent feature the 'Invited Customers' tab under the 'Get Reviews' of your dashboard.

Below listed are the tabs to track the activities:

Under this tab, you can manage the number of Email/SMS invitations limit that go out per day. Select the numbers from the 'How many per day?' dropdown you wish to set.

Delete All: If you wish to delete the pending invitations that are under the in-queue list, click on the 'Delete All' button.

Note: All the bulk uploaded contacts will first go under the 'In Queue' tab.

Active

The Active tab is where you can see a list of invited customers who have been associated with a review request campaign. These customers are actively receiving emails or text messages based on the contact information that has been submitted.

Note: The "Green Tick" is where you can see customers who are still active in the campaign.

The "Grey Tick" is where you see your customers has received all email or text notifications, unsubscribed, or left a review or you have deactivated them manually. Complete recipients stay on the list (unless you manually delete them), after which they can be re-added as Active recipients.

  • They receive all of the emails in the review request campaign sequence.

  • They unsubscribe themselves from the list.

  • They are automatically deactivated after opening an email, clicking through an email, or clicking through to a review platform from your review landing page (you must have set these settings on in the Email Activity tab. By Default, Customers will be deactivated on Clickthrough event)

  • They submit a review directly to your review funnel landing page.

Email/Text Activity

To keep record of the Email/Text Activity you can 'click on the customer email as shown below' is where you can see what actions recipients have performed in regards to your review request campaign. You are able to track opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces.
