Go to the ‘Customization Options’ tab dropdown in your dashboard.
Click on the ‘QR Code’ tab.
QR Code Functionality:
The QR code directs customers straight to your business's feedback page when scanned.
Customer feedback collected through the QR code will be displayed on your connected review platforms.
Downloading the QR Code:
Click on the ‘Download QR Code’ button to save the QR code to your device.
Use this QR code in various ways, such as placing it on receipts, flyers, or physical locations, to encourage customer reviews.
Creating an Employee-Specific QR Code
If you want to track reviews related to specific employees, you can create individual QR codes for them:
Create Employee QR Code:
Click on the ‘+ Create Employee QR Code’ button.
A popup will appear where you can enter the employee’s details.
Click ‘Generate’ to create the QR code for that employee.
Managing Employee QR Codes:
Once generated, you can Download, Delete, or Modify the employee QR code as needed.
Reviews obtained through these QR codes can be used to monitor the performance of individual employees effectively.
Viewing and Downloading QR Code Reports
To view the review reports obtained from the QR codes, including those of employees or departments, navigate to:
Reports Tab -> QR Report.
