Give Me 5 provides a powerful reporting feature that lets you monitor and analyze the performance of your profiles. The 'My Report' section offers valuable insights into your online reputation and campaign progress, allowing you to track and optimize your review management strategy effectively.
Accessing Your Report
To view the comprehensive report for your profile, navigate to the 'My Report' tab under the 'Reports' section in the left navigation menu of your dashboard.
Customizing Your Report
You can customize the date range for your analytics views to display data according to your specific needs. By default, the report shows one month of activity, but you can adjust the date range as follows:
Click on the date fields at the top right of the page.
Select from the pre-defined values on the left side of the date range box or set a custom range.
The changes will be automatically applied to your analytics view.
Report Sections
1. Total Reviews and Average Rating
Total Reviews: Shows the total number of reviews collected within the selected date range.
Average Rating: Displays the average star rating based on all reviews within the selected date range.
2. Customers Invited
Indicates the total number of customers invited to submit review requests during the selected date range.
3. Sentiment Analysis with Rating By Platforms and Review By Platforms
Sentiment Analysis: Highlights frequently used words in reviews categorized by sentiment. Positive terms are marked in green, and negative terms in red, with the number representing their frequency.
Review By Platform: A pie chart showing the distribution of reviews across different platforms during the selected period.
Rating By Platform: A bar graph displaying the average star rating for each review platform, with the height of each bar representing the average rating.
Note: Hover over any pie slice or bar to view detailed data for specific platforms.
4. Overall Stats
Review Count: Total number of reviews received during the selected date range.
Review Stars: Average star rating based on all reviews received during the selected date range.
5. Email/SMS Conversion Activity
Understanding engagement and effectiveness of your email and SMS campaigns is essential. Here’s how customers interact with your invitations:
Email Conversion Insights:
Customers Invited: Total number of customers invited via email templates.
Opens: Number of email opens.
Visits: Total visits to your landing page from the email template.
Click-throughs: Number of clicks from the landing page to connected review platforms.
SMS Conversion Insights:
Customers Invited: Total number of customers invited via SMS templates.
Delivered: Number of SMS successfully delivered.
Visits: Total visits to your landing page from the SMS template.
Click-throughs: Number of clicks from the landing page to connected review platforms.
6. QR Conversion and Overall Sentiment
QR Conversion: Tracks the effectiveness of the QR code feature:
Visits: Number of times the QR code was scanned.
Delivered: Successful submissions of reviews after scanning the QR code.
Overall Sentiment: Provides a snapshot of customer satisfaction based on collected reviews. The sentiment gauge ranges from poor to excellent, indicating the average sentiment of your reviews.
