This article will walk you through the importance of the 'Review Page URL' link to gather more reviews from valuable customers.
With Give Me 5, it is easy to solicit new reviews from customers. The 'Review Page URL' link is versatile in its usage and can be used with any new communication you send to the customers to get new customer reviews.
The 'Review Page' under the 'Customization Options' tab of your account dashboard. From here you are able to choose different review page layout options, which will allow you to add clickable links to different areas of your business. These layouts will put your review page in front of the customer in many different ways so that they can leave reviews more conveniently.
At the top right, you will see a 'Copy Link' button, click that and copy the review page url link. That you can share with your customers to generate reviews for your business. This unique URL will load an attractive layout with your brand logo, an impressive text, and with an attractive icon layout area where customers can leave a review by clicking on the desired icon.
The above shown is the Review Page with the thumbs layout. Currently, we have 5 layouts Thumbs, Stars, Faces, NPS, and Review Platform. The selected layout is highlighted with a stroked around it.
You can change or edit the text written on the template and also the icon layout as well.
Review Page Layout:
Now let's go through the different attractive layouts for the Review Page template.
Thumbs Layout:
By default 'Thumbs' layout is selected, you can see the 'Thumbs Up' and 'Thumbs Down' icons. By clicking on the 'Thumbs Up' icon will generate public feedback popup with your brand name, an impressive text, and all your connected review source platforms. By clicking any of the listed review source platforms customers will be redirected to the individual platform page and customer will leave a review.
By clicking on the 'Thumbs Down' icon will generate a private feedback popup as shown above which contains some field where customers can leave a negative review with their name and email address.
Stay alert! your customer is trying to leave a negative review, but be happy as this is the intelligence of our system that this review will not be posted directly to any review platform you have connected. All the details of the customer with a negative review will be sent to you through the mail. So, you can follow up with that customer and make him/her happy by solving their problems.

Just below the review page layout area on the review page, you can see an area name as 'Minimum Value to prompt review platforms' with a dropdown. If you have selected thumbs layout then the drop-down contains three options named "All to private feedback", "Thumbs up to review" and "All to review".
All to private feedback: If you select this option, the customer clicks on thumbs up or thumbs down icon both will trigger the private feedback form popup.
Thumbs up to review: Only on clicking the thumbs up icon, a public feedback popup will generate.
All to review: If customers select thumbs up or thumbs down both will generate a public feedback popup.
Stars Layout:
The above shown is the star review page layout, which generates Public or Private feedback popup by clicking on the star icons. You can change the popup condition by selecting different options from 'Minimum Value to prompt review platforms' drop-down.
For Stars review page layout 'Minimum Value to prompt review platforms' drop-down contains six options.
All to private feedback: If you select this option, the customer clicks on any of the star icons will popup the private feedback form.
5 star to review: Only on clicking the 5th-star icon, a public feedback popup will generate.
4 star or more to review: Only on clicking the 4th or 5th-star icon, a public feedback popup will generate.
3 star or more to review: Only on clicking the 3rd, 4th, or 5th-star icon, a public feedback popup will generate.
2 star or more to review: Only on clicking the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th-star icon, a public feedback popup will generate.
All to review: If customers select any of the star icons will generate a public feedback popup.
Faces Layout:
The above shown is the faces review page layout, which generates Public or Private feedback popup by clicking on any of the faces icons. You can change the popup condition by selecting different options from 'Minimum Value to prompt review platforms' drop-down.
All to private feedback: If you select this option, the customer clicks on any of the faces icon will popup the private feedback form.
Happy face to review: Only on clicking the happy face icon, a public feedback popup will generate.
Happy or neutral face to review: Only on clicking the happy or neutral faces icon, a public feedback popup will generate.
All to review: If customers select any of the faces icon will generate a public feedback popup.
NPS Layout:
The above shown is the NPS review page layout, which generates a Public or Private feedback popup by clicking on the desired numbers. You can change the popup condition by selecting different options from the 'Minimum Value to prompt review platforms' drop-down.
All to private feedback: If you select this option, the customer clicks on any of the numbers will popup the private feedback form.
9 or more to review: Only on clicking the number 9 or 10, a public feedback popup will generate.
6 or more to review: By clicking on the number between 6 to 10, a public feedback popup will generate.
All to review: If customers click on any of the numbers will generate a public feedback popup.
Review Platform:
This review platform layout provides immediate visibility of your connected platforms for seamless review collection. Customers will be directed to the respective platform's landing page to submit reviews.
Please note: As this layout redirects users to external platforms, it is not designed to collect private feedback.
Location:
Give Me 5 introduced a new location layout specifically designed for companies operating across multiple locations.
This layout consolidates all associated locations into a single view, allowing customers to easily navigate to the individual landing pages of each location to submit reviews.
Please note: This layout is available only upon customer request and will not appear in the standard review layout list.
Review Page Features
Now, let's go through other features of the Review Page.
Autoredirection: Enable it if you want to auto-redirect to the primary review platform (stared platform), if the user clicks on the thumbs-up, 5star, happy face, or NPS icon will be auto-redirected to the 'primary review platform' without popping up the 'Public Feedback' popup.
Redirect in same tab: Enable this toggle if you don't want to redirect the customer to the new tab when they click on the review resource platform.
Review platforms section allows you to manage which review source platform will be shown at first place on 'Public Feedback' popup. Platform at the top with the bright yellow start at the right side will be shown as the primary platform. You can simply drag and put the platforms in ordering according to how you want to show your customer when visiting review landing page.
Content Settings:
The content setting tab beside the review page settings will allow you to customize the review page layout content shown to your customers.
In 'content Settings' there are total 5 advanced tabs options for Customization!

Lets see these advanced customization in detail:
1. Header options:
The 'Header Options' comes with the features below:
Header Font Color: allows to set the color of your choice for the Header Message
Header Background Color: allows to set the background color of your choice for the Header Background
Header Message: allows you to write your own header message
Welcome Message: allows you to write your own welcome message
Body Message: allows you to customize your body message
Thank You Message: allows you to customize your thank you message
Note: We have already set sample messages in the field in case if you don't have time to customize you are just ready to go!
2. Public Review Workflow: (This will be shown in the popup when the user clicks in the ratio to give positive review)
Review Request Message: In the popup, this message will be right under your profile name. You can modify the message according to your requirement
Public Review Message: In the popup, this message will be right under the list connected of review platforms. You can modify the message according to your requirement
Public Review Link Text: In the popup, this review link will be right after the public review message. You can change the text of this link according to you wish
Public Review Thank You Message: allows you to customize your thank you message
3. Private Feedback Workflow: (This will be shown in the popup when the user clicks in the ratio to give negative review)
Private Header Message: This message displayed on the top of the "Private Feedback" form popup. You can modify its content over here.
Thank you Message: This message displays once the customer fills all the required fields of "Private Feedback" form popup and clicks on the 'Submit' button. You can modify its content over here.
Hide Public Review Message: Enable this toggle if you don't want to show this message (If you do not wish to address your concerns privately and prefer to post a review, click here) on the private feedback popup.
3. Private Feedback Form: (This will be shown in the popup when the user clicks in the ratio to give negative review)
Here you can change all field placeholders text according to your wish. By default we have given the actual placeholders text for the form fields. You can also show and hide form fields using the toggle given. Also you have the toggle to keep the form fields required or not according to you preference.
Important: After doing all the required changes click on the 'Save Changes' button to apply all the necessary changes.
