Overview
Use QR Code in the sidebar to see scan activity, download codes for print or screens, tie physical stands and cards to your account, and point scans at ReviewBridge, a review site, or a survey.
The page has three tabs: Reporting, Create, and Products & Linking. Agency accounts do not see Products & Linking.
You need Review Management turned on for the location to use this page (the same rule as other review areas on product-based plans).
From here you can:
Measure scans and engagement — date range, overview metrics, department and employee breakdowns, PDF export
Build and download QR codes — destination, PNG/SVG, kiosk link (paid plans only for this tab)
Split codes by team — departments and employees with their own codes (paid Create tab)
Register hardware — link Review Stands and Review Cards to a destination (paid Products & Linking tab)
Order printed products — checkout for stands and cards when your role can access billing
Review performance (Reporting tab)
Open Reporting (often the default tab).
Set a date range at the top. The list starts around the last 30 days.
Overview summarizes scans, redirects, direct feedback, and NPS, with charts you can switch by day, week, or month.
Department report splits activity by department.
Employee report filters by department to compare people.
Download PDF captures the reporting period you chose (overview, department, employee, and charts).
Create QR codes (Create tab)
Free and Free Trial plans cannot use the Create tab — you need a paid plan to generate or configure location QR codes here.
On a paid plan:

Set destination | Use Select destination — Review Bridge, a connected platform (e.g. Google), or Survey when your account has V2 access and at least one active survey |

Departments: add departments, add employees under a department, and download each row’s QR as PNG or SVG so reporting can separate teams.
Viewer role can open this tab on a paid account but cannot change destination, customer-data options, or department/employee setup.
Register stands and cards (Products & Linking tab)
Free and Free Trial plans cannot use Products & Linking — upgrade for product registration and linking.
On an eligible paid account:
Choose Add new stand or Add new card.
Name the item and enter the six-character code from the product.
Set the same style of destination as on the Create tab (Review Bridge, platform, or survey when available).
Save. Edit or remove entries from the table later.
Free Trial users cannot open the add flow for stands/cards from here (upgrade required).
Viewer role can see data but cannot add, edit, or delete stands, cards, or destinations.
Tips
Changing the destination on Create refreshes the QR automatically.
Use SVG for tall signage; PNG for quick digital use.
Align department codes with physical areas so Reporting shows where scans come from.
Pick your date range before Download PDF so the file matches what you need.
Frequently asked questions
Why don’t I see Survey under destination?
The Survey option needs V2 access on the account and at least one active survey for the location. If Survey still does not appear, your profile may not be enabled for survey QR redirects.
Why is Create (or Products & Linking) empty / blocked?
Free and Free Trial cannot use those tabs. Upgrade on Plans.
Can Viewers change QR settings?
Viewers can use Reporting and view Create / Products & Linking on paid accounts, but they cannot edit destinations, kiosk-related options, departments, employees, stands, or cards.
What’s the difference between Review Stand and Review Card?
Both bundle QR and NFC. Review Stand (76 × 127.5 mm) is for counters and desks. Review Card (54 × 85.5 mm) is wallet-sized to hand to customers.
Who can click Buy now?
Users whose role can access billing. Others ask an owner or admin to order.
