Why you might not be able to find your charity - UK Charities and Entity
If the charity you want to donate to or assign to your fundraising page isn’t appearing in search, it’s usually because:
The charity is listed under its legal name, not the name you know it by.
Try searching by the charity number, this is the most reliable and will bring up the charity regardless of their displayed name
The charity has been recently registered with the Charity Commission of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland
Get in touch with our team to let them know and we'll get the charity added for you.
The charity is a UK entity such as a CIC or a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC), but not a UK-registered charity
We support CICs along with charities and CASCs, we will just need to get them onboarded to the platform first.
Why you might not be able to find your charity - US Charities
If the charity is a US-based charity/non-profit and you can't find it to apply to your page, first make sure that you've set the country flag to USA when setting up your page.
If you still cannot find it, it means the charity/non-profit is not yet onboarded with us. In that case, please ask the charity to contact us directly so we can guide them through the onboarding process and get them added to our platform.
