What if I’m not home when my order is due to be delivered?

If delivery is not able to be made in the first instance, whether it be the availability for a person to accept delivery or otherwise, the following will occur:

For orders sent via Startrack Road Express

it will be redirected to your nearest Star Track delivery depot.

For orders sent via Australia Post eParcel

It will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office.

These orders can be collected according to the instructions left at the original delivery address on the non-delivery notice as provided by the delivery provider. If you have a MyPost account, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

Please note that these orders are held for 5 business days, then if not collected they will be returned to glamaCo. We will then process a refund for the order for you (excluding the delivery fee of $16.95 if applicable) once received by glamaCo.


Where re-delivery is required, an additional re-delivery fee of $33.90 will need to be paid prior to re-delivery.
