What if I’m not home when my order is due to be delivered?

All orders require a signature on delivery for goods to be released. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your order to yourself.

We recommend getting your order delivered to your workplace if it's more likely you will be there to sign for your order during the day.

If delivery is not able to be made in the first instance, whether it be the availability for a person to accept delivery or otherwise, the following will occur:

  • For orders sent via Startrack Road Express: it will be redirected to your nearest Star Track delivery depot.

  • For orders sent via Australia Post eParcel: It will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office.

These orders can be collected according to the instructions left at the original delivery address on the non-delivery notice as provided by the delivery provider. If you have a MyPost account, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

Please note that these orders are held for 5 weekdays (Monday to Friday), then if not collected they will be returned to glamaCo. We will then process a refund for the order for you (excluding the delivery fee of $16.95 if applicable) once received by glamaCo.


Where re-delivery is required, an additional re-delivery fee of $33.90 will need to be paid prior to re-delivery.
