Our Returns Policy
If you receive any items that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return them to us within 60 days in the condition that you received them, and we will happily offer a online credit or refund (depending on the reason for return—see below for details).
Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened personal care items unless faulty.
Exclusions: Perishable goods, custom-made items, and certain electrical products may have additional restrictions (see Faulty Items section below). Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Return an Online Purchase
Change of Mind Returns
For change of mind returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be in their original condition — unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.

Once your return is received and confirmed to be in good condition, eligible items will be refunded or issued online store credit within 7–10 business days.
What to Do If an Item Purchased Online Is Faulty
We're sorry if your item isn't working as expected! Follow these steps:
Please contact us (by tapping the question mark icon at the bottom of glamaCo or our Help Centre) with the following information:
Full name
Order number
Description of the issue — please be as detailed as possible
Photos — include clear images of the item(s) and packaging if applicable
For damaged or faulty items, include close-up photos clearly showing the damage
Our team will review the provided details and will get back to you with further instructions.
Within 60 Days: We'll cover return shipping and offer a refund, replacement, or repair based on stock availability.
Once your request has been verified, we will provide a free return shipping label
Please print the return shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop off at your nearest post office or carrier and keep your tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll process your refund (to original payment method) or online credit (emailed as a glamaCo e-gift card) within 7-10 business days.
After 60 Days (Electrical Items Only): We may guide you through troubleshooting or refer you to the manufacturer.
All returns are assessed upon receipt to confirm the issue.
Manufacturers Warranties
Many of our products, especially electrical items like hair tools and beauty devices, come with manufacturer warranties.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights beyond manufacturer warranties for faulty goods. If you believe your item doesn't meet these guarantees, let us know—we'll help resolve it.

Contact Us: If it's been more than 10 business days since shipping, reach out with your order number and tracking details. We'll investigate and update you promptly.
Typical timelines: Delivery to our warehouse takes 3-7 business days within Australia, followed by inspection and resolution.
