For Andis warranty, please check the warranty is still valid in accordance to the warranty instructions contained within the original packaging.
If the warranty is valid, please follow the below instructions

Please return the Andis unit deemed to be faulty with the Warranty form attached. Please include as much information of the fault issue as possible, cords, chargers and clipper/ trimmer
and proof of purchase to: AAB Fashion, 2 Ardena Court, Bentleigh East ,VIC, 3165
PLEASE NOTE: If the Andis tool has been dropped the warranty is deemed void.
Please contact AAB Head Office on 03 9575 0600 (10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday excluding all public holidays) to discuss the warranty issue or send an email to service@aabfashion.com with your full name, proof of purchase, item name, a description of the fault and an image if possible.
