Hawley electrical warranty

For Hawley electrical warranty, please check the warranty is still valid in accordance to the warranty instructions contained within the original packaging.

If the warranty is valid, please follow the below instructions

  • Contact Hawley International via email info@hawley.net.au, provide your full name, proof of purchase, item name, a description of the fault and an image if possible.

  • Please return to Hawley International once confirmed with a Hawley representative from Hawley with the Warranty form attached. Ensure you provide as much information as possible regarding fault issue, as well as ALL equipment parts.

  • Hawley International – Unit 2 / 14 Brumby Street, Seven Hills, NSW, 2147

  • Hawley International provide a 6 month warranty on electrical equipment, unless stated otherwise on warranty form.

PLEASE NOTE: If the Hawley equipment has been dropped or opened in an attempt to fix the fault, the warranty is deemed void.
