For ghd warranty, please check the warranty is still valid in accordance to the warranty instructions contained within the original packaging.

Ghd offer a 2 year warranty on all electrical tools. This warranty has been extended to 3 years for the platinum+.

If the warranty is valid, please contact ghd’s Customer Support team on 1300 443 424 (8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday excluding QLD public holidays) to discuss the warranty issue.
