The Australian Consumer Law offers protection to consumers by granting specific guaranteed rights when purchasing goods and services. For instance, the Law ensures that goods must be free from defects and must perform as intended. Similarly, services must be executed with due care and skill. These rights are known as ‘Consumer Guarantees’ and they automatically apply whenever goods or services are provided to a consumer.

These Consumer Guarantees are non-excludable under the Law. You have the right to a replacement or refund in cases of major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of “acceptable quality” and the issue does not constitute a major failure.

While Consumer Guarantees do not have a specific time limit, they generally last for a duration that is reasonable to expect, considering factors such as the product's cost and quality or any representations made.

Many manufacturers have specialized support centres to address issues related to their products and may offer in-home support and advanced troubleshooting. Often, manufacturers can provide quicker assessments and solutions for product issues, even if the warranty has expired.

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer and not glamaCo. These warranties, including their periods, are determined by the manufacturer and can vary for each item. glamaCo has no control over these warranty and repair periods. However, glamaCo will do its best to ensure the process is handled quickly and will keep you updated throughout. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.

glamaCo is not responsible when faulty items are sent directly to the manufacturer by you for repair or replacement. If your order contains any item(s) with a warranty, please complete the warranty registration information within the packaging within 7 days of receiving your delivery to ensure the warranty is valid.
