What do I do if an item I purchased instore is faulty?
Updated over 5 months ago

If your item was purchased instore and:

  • Is faulty or damaged and is covered by a warranty period,

  • Is not an item from one of the brands listed here which are covered by those respective manufacturers' warranties,

Please return to the store of purchase with your original Tax Invoice/receipt or bank statement for the item/s as well as the actual faulty item/s and our customer service team will be able to provide assistance for you.

All returns must be to the original purchase store.

Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. If you purchase a faulty item with a warranty, please ensure that you complete any warranty registration information contained within the packaging within 7 days of purchasing the item to ensure the warranty is valid.
