Past-Due Appointment
When your scheduled appointment time has elapsed, it's time to initiate the checkout process. You can find the appointment on your calendar, and click on the Checkout Button to get started.
Adding Additional Items
On the checkout screen, you have the flexibility to include additional services or products. if your client received extra services during their appointment or wishes to purchase a product, you can add these items to the checkout.
Additional Services or Products: Include any extra services or products on the checkout screen. Select from "Services" or "Products" to add items that your client received or wishes to purchase.
Gift Cards: Offer to buy a gift card at checkout. Choose "Gift Card", and specify the value, and receiver to complete the purchase.
Changing Service Prices
If you need to modify the price of a service, click on the service itself and update the amount. This is particularly useful for services with variable pricing, such as those priced between $50 and $100 or $100 and $500.
Charges and Discounts
Discounts: Click "Discount" during checkout and choose between an amount (e.g., $10 off) or a percentage (e.g., 15% off). Enter the discount details and its purpose.

Additional Charges: Select "Add Charge" to include any extra fees or expenses, specifying the nature and amount.
Tip During Checkout
Clients can add a tip either as a percentage (e.g., 10%, 20%) or a custom amount.
Choose Payment Method
Choose from various payment methods such as cash, manual card entry, card readers, or gift cards.

Payment Processing
If you opt for a single payment method, proceed with the regular payment process. Enter the required payment information and complete the transaction.
Alternatively, you can split the payment by simply selecting an amount for the payment less than a total checkout. If the payment is less than the amount due, the app will guide you to the next payment method selection until the checkout is paid in full.

Completion Options
Once the payment process is successfully completed, you'll have a few options:
Rebook the appointment if needed
Send the receipt to the client's email
Return to your calendar to manage other appointments or tasks
Note: Your checkout progress and updates are securely stored, even if you leave and return later. All the added items and payments will be saved
