Types of Data You Can Retrieve from Vagaro

Vagaro allows you to export a wealth of information:

  • Client Lists: Securely transfer your customer database.

  • Service and Price Lists: Keep your service offerings and pricing intact.

  • Customer Notes: Retain detailed notes for personalized service.

  • Other categories may include products, employee profiles, and more detailed service information.

Steps to Export Your Data from Vagaro

Vagaro allows exporting data directly from your account:

  1. Exporting Client Lists: Access the Reports section, navigate to Customers, apply any necessary filters, and export your list to an Excel spreadsheet or PDF for easy transfer.

  2. Exporting Service and Price Lists: Go to Settings, then Employees, and within each employee's profile, you can export their respective service list. This process requires you to export each employee's service list individually for a comprehensive transfer.

  3. Exporting Customer Notes and More: Similar to client lists and service lists, customer notes can be exported individually, providing a detailed history for each client to maintain the quality of personal care.

Transitioning to Glamiris

After downloading your data:

  • Send It to Us: Simply drop all the info into the support chat, and we will import your data into your new Glamiris account.
