Types of Data You Can Retrieve from Acuity
Acuity Scheduling allows exporting of:
Appointments: Including details like start and end times, client names, services, prices, and notes.
Clients: Including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and notes about the client.
Steps to Export Your Data from Acuity
Export Appointments
Navigate to the Reports section in Acuity and select Export.
Choose your desired date range and details to include, such as canceled appointments or specific intake forms.
Download the .csv file containing your appointment data.
Export Clients
Go to the Clients section and click on Import/export, then select Export client list.
Decide on the group of clients you wish to export based on booking recency.
Download the .csv file of your client list.
Transitioning to Glamiris
After downloading your data:
Send It to Us: Simply drop all the info into the support chat, and we will import your data into your new Glamiris account.
