Do you send reminders to the recipient?

To ensure that no gifts are forgotten, we send automatic reminders to the recipient by SMS and/or email - without you having to do anything.

Here's how it works:

⏳ Reminder before the gift card link expires

30 days before the link expires, we will send a new reminder to the recipient so that they can activate the gift card in time.

With Enterprise plan, we send two additional gift reminders:

🔔 Reminder if the gift card has not been opened

10 days after the sending date we will send a reminder if the recipient has still not opened the gift card. This is to ensure that the gift is actually received and used

💳 Reminder after activation - before fees kicks in

Once the gift card is activated, a new period starts. 30 days before the maintenance fee starts to run (this happens after 12 months), we also send a friendly reminder. This gives the recipient a chance to use the gift card before any fees kick in.
