Not receiving email with verification code

If you haven't received the code to verify your email address, it could be due to one of several common reasons - here's what to check:

✅ Here's how to fix it:

  1. Double-check your email address
    Make sure you've entered the correct email address - even a small typo can prevent the code from arriving.

  2. Check other folders
    Look in the email's folders as:

    • Junk / Spam

    • Promotions (f.ex. in Gmail)

    • Updates, Clutter or Quarantine (especially in work emails)

  3. Send the code again
    Wait a minute and then try to send the code again. Sometimes technical delays can cause the message to not arrive immediately.
