Have not received gift cards

Sorry you haven't received your email or gift card! There may be a couple of reasons for this:

  1. Wrong phone number: The sender may have registered the wrong phone number for you.

  2. Email ended up in spam: Check the spam folder in your email, in case the gift card has ended up there. If you find your gift card but can't log in to the Glede app, it's because it's linked to the wrong phone number. Descriptions for changing the phone number can be found here.

To solve this, we recommend that you contact the sender directly and ask them to check which phone number and email address they have registered for you.
