The Glede gift card is a digital Mastercard, and Glede is therefore subject to certain obligations under the Money Laundering Act. Financial regulations require us to carry out an assessment of all new accounts. We must therefore approve your account the first time you send a Glede, and we may need to request additional information about your business if necessary.
How long does this assessment take?
In most cases, the assessment is done automatically within a few seconds. If the assessment needs to be done manually, it's usually done within a couple of hours during normal working hours (Monday to Friday 9-17). On weekends it will take longer.
Is this the only time my order will be considered?
