There are no fees for using the Glede gift card in Norway.
However, in some cases, fees may apply – for example when using the card abroad or if it remains inactive over time.
📍 No fees in Norway or Sweden
You pay no fees when using the gift card in Norwegian or Swedish stores or online shops, depending on the currency you received the card in.
There is also no cost to activate the card, add it to Apple Pay/Google Pay, or check the balance.
🌍 When used abroad
When paying in a currency other than Norwegian or Swedish kroner, a 2.99% currency conversion fee applies.
This is standard for card payments abroad and covers the cost of exchange.
⏳ After 12 months: Account maintenance fee
If the gift card has not been used within 12 months after activation, an account maintenance fee of 30 NOK per month will apply.
The fee is automatically deducted from the balance and stops once the card is empty.
