My account is locked - here's how to unlock it

If your account has been locked, it is most likely because you have chosen to send the gift card to "friends and family" - which is not allowed with Glede.

If you are sending as a private individual, feel free to check out Hygge, our gifting service for consumers.


⚠️ Why is the account locked?

Glede is for businesses only. If you choose to use Glede for "friends and family", this is against our terms and Norwegian regulations. That's why we automatically lock your account to protect both you and us.


🔓 To unlock your account:

1. In the page that shows your account is locked, press the button "Unlock your account here"

2. Confirm that you are not using Glede privately.

3. Select the purpose for which you are using Glede. Your account will then be unlocked automatically!


🚫 Important:

If you unlock your account but continue to send to friends and family, your account will be permanently locked.
