The order ID is a unique code that makes it easy to find a specific order again - either for follow-up or questions. Here's where to find it:
📧 In the order confirmation email:
After you submit an order, you'll receive a confirmation email.
It says:
OrderID: {id}
🌐 In the order overview:
Go to the order overview in Glede
Click on the order in question
In the URL you will see something similar:
send.glede.app/en-US/orders/{id}
👉 The order ID is the last character in the link
