The order ID is a unique code that makes it easy to find a specific order again - either for follow-up or questions. Here's where to find it:

After you submit an order, you'll receive a confirmation email.
It says:

Go to the order overview in Glede
Click on the order in question
In the URL you will see something similar:
âsend.glede.app/en-US/orders/{id}
đ The order ID is the last character in the link
