Clicking on an order takes you to the detailed order page. From here, you can send your shifts or periods to your candidates.

Sending shifts to candidates

  1. Click on the order you wish to update and you'll land on the shifts tab.

  2. Choose which days you wish to send to your candidate, the days you have selected will be highlighted green. When you deselect certain days they turn grey.

  3. By default all the days within the shift will be selected.

  4. On the right hand side a list of recommended candidates will be visible or you can manually add candidates through the search bar. Find out how our recommender works here.

  5. Choose one or multiple candidates to send the order too.

  6. A new pop up will appear to send the shift details by SMS and/or email.

Please note that the subject and text of the email is editable in the modal window.

Accepting shifts on behalf of candidate

If you want to accept shifts on behalf of a candidate, you can do so by clicking on the three dots on the right of the candidate’s name. A dropdown will appear. Click on mark as accepted. This opens a new window.

From the pop up, confirm the shifts you want to accept for the candidate and click accept.

Candidates view

Candidates will recieve the shift details by email and/or SMS with a link to click so they can respond to the request.

Email example

  1. The candidate can click the link and they will see a complete list of all the offered shifts and all order details. The candidate can filter the shifts by day of the week and time of day.

  2. If the candidate is interested in the proposed shifts, they can choose to accept all or specific shifts. They can add more detailed notes when accepting the shifts.

  3. The candidate can choose to reject all or some of the shifts. They can give a reason they have chosen to decline the shifts.

  4. Once accepted by or on behalf of the customer, the candidate receives confirmation of their assignments by email. If you have auto-assign enabled this will be sent immediately after candidate acceptance.

5. For as long as the shifts are available candidates can go back and click on the link to accept/decline other available shifts.
