The Rules: To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened (seals must be intact), and in its original packaging.
What can't be returned? For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on beauty products where the seal is broken. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The Refund Calculation: If your return is approved, we will refund the total money paid less the initial shipping cost and less the $7.95 return shipping fee.
