How do I pause, skip, or cancel?

You are always in control. Log in to your account, click "Manage Subscriptions," and choose your path. You can pause for up to 3 months or cancel entirely.

  • If you cancel: Any unused store credit stays in your account—it’s yours!

  • Refunds: We offer a 7-day grace period for your most recent charge if you haven't used the credit yet. We cannot refund previous months.
