Gluu stores all actions by users as events. This means that new snapshots of content are created every time someone makes a change. While in edit mode, changes are continuously backed up automatically and every time someone exit edit mode after having changed anything a new revision is created.

Revision information

Regular users can see information about the current published version and when it was created and by whom. Users with editing rights on the other hand, will see a list of revisions and versions. By clicking the different ones, information about earlier revisions is revealed, and the process map and activities will be displayed as they were at that specific time.

With multiple revisions easily available, Owners and editors can collaborate on process changes before publishing a new version to the users.

More information about publishing a new version is available here: How to handle versioning in Gluu

The Change Log

More detailed information about revisions as well as information about back-ups is available in the change log. To enter the change log, you need to enable edit mode. You can enter the change log from both the process map and any activity page.
