How to add billing information

If you want to continue your subscription after a free trial you need to add your billing information. Here is how.

To find information about your subscription and invoices click on the name of your organization in the upper right corner. Choose 'Billing' and you will be able to see when your trial period ends, as well as what plans & subscriptions we offer. Here you can also edit your company's information (name, VAT, address, etc.)

You can set up billing by following these steps:

  1. Go to your account's Billing page

  2. Edit your company information

  3. Add your credit card details

  4. Adjust your subscriptions so they match your need

  5. Assign plans to a user on the user management page by going to 'users'

  6. Then payment will run automatically and you will get receipts every time.

You can cancel anytime from the billing page.

Your invoices

You can find all your invoices by going to 'billing' and selecting 'invoices' in the left side menu.
