Adding/editing the responsibilities of a process or an activity

This article will take you through how to add and edit the responsibilities of your process and/or activity.

There are three types of responsibilities for each process or activity:

  1. Process Owners - Can manage specific processes/activities. There can only be one process owner for each process/activity.

  2. Editors - Can edit all contents of a process or activity. Each process/activity can have multiple editors.

  3. Role members - Take part in the process/activity, but can not make any changes to it. They are automatically added by the roles included in your process map.

To change the responsibilities and who is included:

  1. Go to the relevant process or activity

  2. Select 'Responsibilities'

  3. Turn on the edit mode

  4. Search for users you want to add or adjust the ones already included.

  5. Press 'Save changes' to save your work.
