You can create your own set of labels that are used in all discussions across all activities. This way you let all users flag what is important to your organisation. In this article you can see how to:

What labels can do for you
It's only one click to add a label to a comment. This makes it very easy to flag important comments made by editors or process members. Here are some examples of what labels can be used for:
Flagging issues that must be handled at the next process review or audit.
Collecting improvement ideas.
Flagging comments related to specific projects or initiatives.
Highlighting risks that team members have found.
Filtering by label, text and time
Let's imagine that you have a process with hundreds of comments. How do you find what's important? Go to 'Labels' and see which comments are flagged with your corresponding label.
If you want to see comments within a specific period of time, you can filter them by time.
How to change labels
The Account Owner can change labels and their colours by choosing 'Labels' on the left side menu. Turn on the edit mode and make the changes you need.
Note! Your changes will apply immediately to all labels used in, so remember to make sure that you are in agreement about what these priorities are.
This feature requires 'Comments' to be enabled on your account.
