How To Upload Pre-Recorded Files for Transcription

Upload audio or video files easily with Glyph. Drag, drop, and let the platform handle transcription automatically.

How to Upload Pre-Recorded Files for Transcription

Follow these steps to upload your audio or video files for transcription:

  1. Select “Choose Upload Recordings”
    Navigate to the "Upload Recordings" button on the main dashboard.

  2. Select "My Device" or Drag and Drop
    Either click "My Device" to browse your computer for the file, or simply drag and drop your audio/video files into the upload module.

  3. Click “Upload Files”
    After selecting your files, click the “Upload Files” button to begin the process.

  4. Automatic Refresh
    The page will automatically refresh during the upload. Important: Do not manually refresh the page, as this can interrupt the process.

  5. Wait Until 100%
    Once the upload reaches 100%, the transcription process will begin. When the upload is done, you can click “View” to view or manage your transcription.

  6. Access Old Files via Project

    Navigate to your project by selecting it from the navigation bar at the top.
