Adding Company Themes to Elate

Themes are a great way for your team to stay organized around a high level area your business wants to focus on.

To add themes in Elate, navigate to your company page.

Click “Add Theme.” Assign the theme a title and an icon.

Your theme will now show up on your company page.

To link objectives to your theme, click on the theme. You will then be taken to the detail page for this theme, where you can link objectives that are related to this theme.

After linking your objectives, you now have a view of your theme and the related objectives in one place. You can also see trends of how your team is progressing towards that theme.
