Yes — GoJoe can pull in daily step data if your wearable or phone supports it and it's connected correctly.
However, the focus of most GoJoe challenges is on intentional activity — like walks, runs, cycles, gym sessions, pickleball and more (over 60+ supported activities). These are typically recorded by starting, stopping, and saving the activity on your wearable.
If a challenge enables it, daily steps will count. If it's only activity-based, steps alone won't be enough — you'll need to log or sync an actual workout.
