Your challenge progress updates automatically when you log an activity — whether by syncing from a wearable, through the in-app GPS tracker, or manually adding your activities (Learn more about how to add your activities here.). You can view your logged activities under Profile > Activities.
To count towards a challenge, an activity must:
Match the challenge criteria (e.g. only runs will count in a running-only challenge).
Be recorded within the challenge timeframe (e.g. if your challenge starts at 9AM on 18 January, an activity that started at 8AM that day won’t count).
Be a supported activity type for that challenge (e.g. most kms will only apply to distance-based activities).
To see which activities are being counted, head to: Challenges > [Your Challenge Name] > Solo tab > Your Name.
