About GoJoe's weighted team 'most points' challenges

In a 'most points' challenge participants exercise on their own but are not alone. Their solo workouts count for the team via the GoJoe app. Each activity generates points - weighted by activity type to level the playing field. The team/individual with the highest amount of points, wins.

GoJoe automatically allocates points via the app. The weightings are based on either the distance or duration of the workout as follows:-

Distance

Cycling: 3km (1.86 miles) = 1 point
Handcycling: 2km (1.24 miles) = 1 point

Hiking: 0.85km (0.53 miles) = 1 point

Rowing: 1.5km(0.93miles) = 1 point
Running: 0.95km (0.59 miles) = 1 point
Swimming: 240m (0.15 miles) = 1 point
Walking: 1km (0.62 miles) = 1 point
Wheelchair: 1km (0.62 miles) = 1 point

Duration

Aerobics: 7.5 mins = 1 point
Badminton: 8.57 mins = 1 point

Barre: 10 mins = 1 point

Baseball: 20 mins = 1 point

Basketball: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Boxing: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Canoeing: 8.57 mins = 1 point

Cardio: 12 mins = 1 point

Climbing: 7.5 mins = 1 point

Cricket: 20 mins = 1 point

Crossfit: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Dance: 7.5 mins = 1 point

Diving 15 mins = 1 point

Fencing 7.5 mins = 1 point

Football: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Golf: 30 mins = 1 point

Gymnastics: 7.5 mins = 1 point

HIIT: 6 mins = 1 point

Hockey: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Horseriding: 10 mins = 1 point

Kayaking: 8.57 mins = 1 point

Martial arts: 8.57 mins = 1 point

Netball: 7.5 mins = 1 point

Other: 60 mins = 1 point

Paddleboarding: 7.5 mins = 1 point

Pickleball: 8.57 mins = 1 point

Pilates: 10 mins = 1 point

Rugby: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Sailing: 10 mins = 1 point

Skateboarding: 8.57 mins = 1 point

Skating: 7.5 mins = 1 point

Skiing: 15 mins = 1 point

Snowboarding: 15 mins = 1 point

Spinning: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Squash: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Strength/Gym: 10 mins = 1 point

Surfing: 10 mins = 1 point

Table Tennis: 10 mins = 1 point

Target Practise 30 mins = 1 point

Tennis: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Water Polo: 6.67 mins = 1 point

Volleyball: 7.5 mins = 1 point

Yoga: 10 mins = 1 point

All activities are subject to caps which fairly reflect what can realistically be achieved in each discipline per workout.
