In a 'most points' challenge participants exercise on their own but are not alone. Their solo workouts count for the team via the GoJoe app. Each activity generates points - weighted by activity type to level the playing field. The team/individual with the highest amount of points, wins.
GoJoe automatically allocates points via the app. The weightings are based on either the distance or duration of the workout as follows:-

Handcycling: 2km (1.24 miles) = 1 point
Hiking: 0.85km (0.53 miles) = 1 point
Rowing: 1.5km(0.93miles) = 1 point
Running: 0.95km (0.59 miles) = 1 point
Swimming: 240m (0.15 miles) = 1 point
Walking: 1km (0.62 miles) = 1 point
Wheelchair: 1km (0.62 miles) = 1 point
