You can add people to your team either at the point of creating your team (if they are already on GoJoe) or they can join later.

​To add existing GoJoe users to your team at the point of creating your team:-
​
Press the Add team-mates button > search for and the person you would like to add > press to add them to your team > complete the steps (If the person you want to add is not showing, it may be that they have not yet created an account on GoJoe or if your organization has restricted the challenge then they will only appear when searched for if they have joined your relevant organization on GoJoe).

​To add people to your team after you have created your team, the person who would like to join your team needs to complete the following steps (i.e. you don't add them but they find and join your team):-

The person who would like to join your team needs to do as follows at their end:-
​
1. They download the GoJoe app > create an account > sign in.
​
2. Press the "+" button on the navigation bar and press "Got a code?" > enter the organization or challenge code (this should have been provided to them by the challenge creator) > press Join > complete any custom challenge onboarding fields (if any). (If the challenge doesn't appear they should press challenges > press into the challenge > press join team).

3. They press the Join Team button from within the challenge that they want to join.

4. They press into the team that they wish to join (if the team does not show, they can also search for the team by pressing the filter button that is located to the right of the word leaderboard > they insert the team name in the search box that appears above and press enter > they then press into your team).

5. They press join team.
