If you’ve chosen to log in to the GoJoe app using your email address, you’ll be sent a one-time code by email to securely access your account.
If it doesn’t arrive:
Double-check you’ve entered your email address correctly (no typos!).
Look in your spam, junk, or trash folders.
Ensure that your email provider or IT department isn’t blocking GoJoe emails. If you're part of a workplace challenge, your challenge or organisation admin should be provided with our whitelist information to help prevent this.
Make sure you stay on the login screen when entering the code — refreshing or closing it will cancel the process and require a new code.
The code expires after 15 minutes, and you can request a new one after 60 seconds if needed.
💡 Note: This log-in code is different from a challenge or organisation code, which you use to join a specific event or group on the app.
