If you have chosen to log-in to the GoJoe app by using an email address, for security, you will need to input a pin code which is sent to you by email.

If you do not receive the pin code, please check that you are inputting the email address accurately without any typos. Please also check your junk mailbox. If you get stuck, drop us a message.
โ€‹
This log-in pin code is different to a challenge or organisation code which you use to enter an event or closed area on the app.
