If you log-in to GoJoe via email, for security, a four digit pin code will be sent to your email address.

Please note that the log in pin code is automatically generated by GoJoe when you attempt to log in to the GoJoe app by email. You will need to input the pin code sent to your email address to log in to the GoJoe app for the first time.

The log in security pin code is different to a challenge or organization code; a challenge or organization code is normally a longer alphanumeric code which is provided by the challenge creator (such as your employer) and is used to access your organization or challenge on the app.

If you have tried to log in by email but haven't received the pin code, please can you try as follows:-


1. Check that you entered your email address correctly and that there was no typo or input mistake;

2. Check your junk mailbox to see if the email was sent wrongly flagged as spam.
​
If you get stuck you could also try another email address or sign in method. GoJoe supports other sign in methods including any email address, Facebook, Google and Apple log in. We never post to social media and your email address will not visible to other users. You do not usually need to use your organisation or work email.
