Authorization form

In order to authorize the integration between the company and the system through an API, you will previously have to send the document completed and signed by both parties to Golfmanager. For more information, go to the following link.

Configuration by the club

  • From Section: Configuration Menu > Security > Administrators:

    • Create a new user

    • The email will be info@golfmore.com

    • The password: Gm123456789

    • Have activated the Es Api option

  • From Section: Main Menu > Customers:

    • Create a new client

    • The email will be info@golfmore.com

    • The password: Gm123456789

    • You must have activated the option Es Api

Configuration by the Golfmanager team

  • From Superadmin > ApiKeys > in the Golfmore Api (admin) > Tenants tab, add the tenant of the club:

    • tenant: search for the name of the tenant or club

    • ApiKey: search for Golfmore

    • Select the OK button

  • From Superadmin > ApiKeys > in the Golfmore (consumer) Api > Tenants tab, add the club's tenant:

    • tenant: search for the tenant's or club's name

    • ApiKey: search for Golfmore

    • Select the OK button

Additional Information

Golf More will send all transactions from the machine into Golfmanager one time a day. Those transactions will be created in Golfmanager (sale and payment). Grouped by product.

The club must provide the following information to Golf More:

  • IDs of the products to be mapped in Golf More;

  • ID of the cash register to which the payments will go to;

  • ID of the payment method to be used in the transactions coming from Golf More.
