Explanation of how the Apic Base integration works

Introduction

Integration with ApicBase system. This plugin synchronizes products and sales of selected products with ApicBase. Apica Base is a software used for sales management and restaurant stock control.

INSTALLATION

For the connection between Golfmanager and Apic Base you need the client_id and client_secret of the API application inside ApicBase. To create them and configure the integration follow these instructions:

1.- Open the configuration tab inside Golfmanager to copy the callback URL that has been generated based on our tenant.

2.- Inside Apic Base, go to Library, select API Settings and create an App. When you create it, a ClientId and a ClientSecret are generated and you must add them to the configuration.

3.- In the `Redirect URIs` field you have to paste the url that you have copied in step number 1.

4.- Once the two fields `clientId` and `clientSecret` are filled in, save the settings and reload the page.

Then click on the Connect button, that will send us to a page of ApicBase where it will ask us if we give access to our data. Accept.

Once back in Golfmanager, the `token` and `refresh token` fields should appear already informed in the ApicBase configuration (Configuration> ApicBase> Configuration).

It is also necessary to indicate the POS code `locationID` in the plugin configuration to be able to upload the products and sales. This code is obtained from the Outlet configuration, in Settings > Integrations. There select "Generic PoS" and a code is set.

Configuration and Synchronization of Products (Configuration>Invoicing>Products)

1.- When downloading the APic Base plugin a new Apic Base section is automatically added to the product tab. In this section we will find a cell "Product Id in Apic Base", and we will indicate the Id that this product has in the APic Base database. Later we will activate the checkbox "Upload to Apic Base". When saving the product, if this checkbox is checked, it synchronizes it and uploads it to the Apic Base database.

Sales Synchronization

To send sales and synchronize them with Apic Base go to Configuration>Apic Base >Configuration and click on the "Upload sales" button. This button will synchronize the sales whose associated products have the checkbox to upload to Apic Base activated. All sales not cancelled and not yet sent from the last two days will be synchronized.
