📆 Online Booking Portal
🆕 Group reservations now available
You can now enable and configure Group Bookings in your Online Booking Portal. Players can make group reservations directly from the Portal, making managing multiple reservations easier.
The 'Group Booking' option takes users to a screen where they can choose the number of players, with a limit of up to 20, and continue their online booking.
📄 Your players can now download any invoice from the customer area of the Online Booking Portal
The Golfmanager online booking portal now allows your players to download invoices from the customer area. Go to My Profile > My Invoices and click the download button.
💳 POS Module
🆕 New Checkout Option to Change End Date
We have introduced a new feature in the booking management system that allows you to change the end date of a booking via a Checkout button.
Resource types like buggies can be optimized with this upgrade in the golf area. The system will allow you to release a buggy if it is not used for more than 5 hours (less than the planned 5 hours).
👀 The 'Pending Payment' Button Can Now Be Hidden
You can now choose to hide the ‘Pending Payment’ button in the POS system, giving you the flexibility to display or hide this button based on your preference.
Go to Menu > Settings > POS > Configuration and check the ‘Hide Pending Payment Button’ checkbox.
Activating this option will remove the 'Pending Payment' button from all POS systems within the club.
🆕 Copying a reservation is now easier with the 'Copy New' button
With the new ‘Copy New’ option, you can manage additional bookings in separate carts for greater flexibility according to your needs. A new cart with the copied bookings will be created with this button.
❌ Omit canceled sales when printing a sale
Now, when printing a sale from the POS, it is possible to choose not to display canceled product lines.
The new "Print without Canceled" button hides canceled product lines and their cancellations from the printout. This means that only the products that will be charged will appear on the printed invoice, avoiding potential confusion for the customer.
🆕 A new 'Shift Charges Report' feature has been added to your Point of Sale
POS now offers the 'Shift Charges Report' feature, which is designed for establishments that need detailed reports of collections made during a specific shift, from opening to closing.
🧑🏻💻 CRM Module
🏌🏻 'Memberships Shares' have been improved within the CRM module
Membership fees can now be linked to membership shares, and associated files can be attached, facilitating a more comprehensive and efficient management process.
A series of fees can be linked to a share so that you know at a glance which fees are associated with a shareholder's share and you can attach documents, such as the initial contract, to ensure that everything is reflected in the client's file within Golfmanager's CRM.
📃 Invoicing Module
💰 Add product, family, and subfamily to payments
Product, subfamily, and family fields have been added to the list of payments, allowing you to filter it based on this information.
💰 Subfamilies can have budgets added
Budgets can now be managed and assigned to different subfamilies, improving financial control and precision.
📊 Reports Module
📈 Improvements to the voucher movement report in Golfmanager
Voucher tracking has been improved with new features designed to provide greater clarity and detail.
Vouchers-movements can be filtered in the report filter to display various columns, balances after each line, and summaries of column totals.
👀 In the same view, you can now view billing in an additional currency
In addition to the primary currency you have configured in your system, you can now manage and view billing in an additional currency. Install the module in your App Market by going to Reports > Production Report > Secondary Currency.
📈 New filter for canceled and non-canceled sales available in your production reports
With a new filter for canceled and non-canceled sales, you can further customize your production reports.
A new checkbox in the Production Report with this option allows you to choose between viewing all reservations, including canceled ones, or excluding them.
⚙️ Settings Module
🔎 Search for clients based on their IDs
A new field has been added to Golfmanager's global search engine that allows you to quickly search for any information about a client by simply entering their ID.
🖨️ New ‘Manual Print’ button for POS
You will find a new checkbox for the 'Manual Print' feature in the settings of your POS. You can now choose to print receipts or invoices manually instead of automatically, depending on your needs.
🛠️ Tools Module
🚨 Configuration of fiscal series alerts
To ensure there are always enough tax series numbers available, Golfmanager now offers the option of setting up a tax series alert, which sends alerts whenever the number of available tax series drops below a specified threshold*.
