How can I have a special order automatically move to "Delivered" after being delivered to the club?

Q: I am entering shipping details for a special order, and I would like the order to automatically be moved to the "Delivered" stage (prompting member notifications) once it has been delivered by the shipping company. How can I do this?

A: Go to Orders > Special Orders > Settings. Enable the automatic order transition (as shown below).

Once enabled, any special order (with the shipping tracking number entered) will automatically be moved to the "Delivered" stage once the shipping company marks it as delivered.
