Why can't I see the products I have listed with you in my profile?

Here are few quick steps to help troubleshoot the issue

Once you log into the GoodBuy Gear website you should be able to view all of your product listings and purchase history. If that's not the case, ensure you are using the same email that is linked to your seller account (the one you signed up with). Please note, an account is not created when you sign up to sell with us and you must first create an account.

If you confirmed you're using the same email, clear your cache and cookies:

In Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More .

  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.

Internet Explorer 8 (Win) - Clearing Cache and Cookies

  1. Select Tools > Internet Options.

  2. Click on the General tab and then the Delete... button.

  3. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
