I am new to Goodkind, where do I start?

Welcome to Goodkind!

You are now part of the growing community of organizations that believe people buy from people, not bots. Learn how to access Goodkind via browser and the mobile app, along with some helpful tips if you are having trouble logging into Goodkind.

Let’s get started!

Browser

To get set up for success, follow these easy steps and you’ll be sending in no time!

  • Verify your email address – and voila! Welcome to your Goodkind workspace.

  • In your workspace you can plan and construct campaigns, invite and assign storytellers/recorders, import and manage contacts, and get access to all the settings attached to your account.

Mobile App

The Goodkind mobile app is available on Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store.

  • Download the latest Goodkind app and sign-in into your account.

  • The mobile app is where you can view recording tasks and record videos.

Trouble Logging Into Goodkind?

Is your Goodkind workspace not loading after you enter your password in successfully? In most cases, a setting in your browser (i.e., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) could be causing the issue. Certain plugins prevent essential Goodkind scripts from running, which prevents your workspace from loading.

The First Thing to Try:

If you have a different browser, try to login using a different browser or try to login using incognito mode/Private Browsing.

Keyboard shortcut to launch for some of the popular browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+n (windows or linux) ⌘ + Shift + n (for mac)

  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+p (windows or linux) ⌘ + Shift + p (for mac)

  • Safari: Ctrl+Shift+N (windows or linux) ⌘ + Shift + n (for mac)

  • Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N (windows or linux)

If this works, then we can be certain that the issue was with your browser. Read "Clear Cache and Cookies" to learn more.

If this doesn't work, read "Check plugins and privacy settings" for further instructions.

Once you have tried the above and you are still unable to login, refer to this article: "Check the Goodkind URL".

Clear Cache and Cookies

  • Go to Privacy and Security and click on "Clear Cache and Cookies".

    • Image displays how this looks like in Google Chrome.

Check Plugins and Privacy Settings

  • Go to Settings and search for "Privacy" settings.

    • Image displays how it looks like in Microsoft Edge.

  • Choose a Medium/Balanced setting.

    • If this setting is at the highest level then it might interfere with Goodkind.

  • If you can't access this setting, please contact your IT Administrator.

Check the Goodkind URL in your Address Bar

In some rare cases, our authentication system is unable to verify if your last session has expired or not. This would result in a callback code being added to your Goodkind URL.

  • It will look something like this:

Simply remove the callback code so that the address reads as "goodkind.app" in the address bar and press Enter. You should be able to login now.
