Goodkind supports connection with Salesforce Sandbox. Salesforce Sandbox allows admins to configure and test their permission settings required for the user credentials that will be used to connect Goodkind and Salesforce. If you need to setup a Salesforce Sandbox account, please follow the instructions here. We also recommend that you review the Salesforce connection checklist before proceeding.
Steps to connect to Sandbox:
a. Select Settings (βοΈ) > Contact Importing > Salesforce Sandbox. Important to note: we also connect with Salesforce. Please make sure you click the Salesforce Sandbox icon and NOT the Salesforce icon (see image)!
b. Enter your credentials in the Salesforce login screen (see image below).
c. Custom domains are also supported (see image below).
